By accessing or using RxReg, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
RxReg is a professional platform providing AI-assisted literature searches and safety assessments for pharmacovigilance and regulatory purposes. It is intended for qualified professionals and organizations only.
You must provide accurate and complete account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Access to certain features requires the purchase of tokens. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RxReg does not store your full credit card details. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
RxReg is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI assessments, or fitness for a specific purpose. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxReg and Ottosen ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of RxReg is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RxReg, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

All intellectual property rights in RxReg belong to Ottosen ApS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RxReg in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
RxReg relies on third-party sources such as PubMed and EuropePMC. We do not control their content, availability, or licensing. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with their terms of use.
All token purchases are final. No refunds or partial refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of RxReg after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
